General conditions – Swiss Ski School Crans-Montana

GENERAL CONDITIONS – ESS CRANS-MONTANA

The Crans-Montana Swiss Ski School accepts no liability in the event of an accident.

Our courses are non-refundable. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance or our “cours-protect” insurance, which is available when you purchase your ski lessons.

All lessons must be paid for in advance and are only confirmed once payment has been received. Lift passes, meals and ski or snowboard equipment are not included in the price of our lessons.

A minimum of 3 people is required to open a group lesson.

The instructor is not obliged to wait for latecomers for group activities. On Mondays, in order to ensure that groups are evenly distributed, lessons may start a little late and the maximum number of participants may be exceeded.

The Crans-Montana Swiss Ski School cannot guarantee availability in another group if a Kids Club + course is booked in a level that is not suitable for the child. Participants booked in the wrong level may therefore be moved to a standard group lesson (upon availability).

With regard to bike school activities, customers are responsible for the equipment provided for bike lessons (bike, helmet, protective gear, gloves, goggles, etc.). Customers are responsible for any loss or damage caused by falls, misuse or negligence.

All bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. For any modification or cancellation during the week preceding the course, but no more than 48 hours before the course, the customer must pay 20% of the amount due.
